Our standard (non-promotional) fees
Single Will (one copy provided) £100
Mirror Wills (x 2) (one copy of each provided) £150
Application and registration of single Lasting Power of Attorney £80
Application and registration of two Lasting Power of Attorneys £120
Application and registration as above for a couple £230
*An additional fee of £82 per LPA is payable to the Office of Public Guardian per document.
Storage fee for any document (per annum) £8
Storage fee for any document for couple (per annum) £12.50
To draft a Codicil to an existing Will (one copy provided) £30
Provision of additional copies of any document (per document) £5
All fees will be confirmed in writing and will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the initial meeting.
